Begin The Claims Process
To file a claim, choose one of the following options:
- Call your CFM independent agent. Use our Find An Agent page to search your agent's contact information.
If your agent is not available:
- You may call our Claims Service directly at 660-463-2223 or 888-416-1183.
- If you need immediate help with a claim after regular business hours, you may call our Emergency After-Hours Claims Service at 866-902-4172.

CFM Insurance will work hard to make sure your claims process goes smoothly. The method we have in place will help settle your claim as quickly and efficiently as possible. Take the following first steps to help speed things along:
- Review your policy for coverage information.
- Provide your agent with as much information about the claim and damage as possible.
- Take reasonable steps to protect your property from further damage.
- Prepare a list of lost items.
- Save receipts for anything you spend.
- Check with your claims adjuster before discarding any damaged items.
