Our Vision:
The Full Circle Effect

You invest in our service, CFM invests in your property, and together we invest in our communities – that’s full circle.

We didn’t become Missouri’s most trusted Mutual Insurance Company by spending aimless advertising dollars to win over customers. We aren’t known for ¬¬our flashy Super Bowl ads or fancy celebrity endorsements. We don’t even have a catchy jingle – that’s just not our style. What we are known for is our devotion to bettering the communities we serve.

At CFM, we believe true customer loyalty comes from a winning game plan that’s beneficial to everyone on the team - and it’s hard to lose when you’re giving back. So we’ve made it our mission to create a truly rewarding insurance experience for each and every policyholder by making sure their premium comes full circle, continuously flowing back into the places they call home.

When you become a piece of the CFM circle, you’ll join a tight-knit family of like-minded individuals collectively dedicated to helping every community in Missouri not only stay alive but thrive. Together, we can advocate for the places and things that matter most to you, by keeping your premium - and our mutual investment - local. Here’s to insurance that not only protects but inspires. Here’s to putting community first.

Concordia R-2 Meals of Hope

Donation: $1000.00

The Meals of Hope mission is “To inspire and empower communities to come together to end hunger.” They believe it is their job to feed people. Meals of Hope began as a food packing organization, and they are the only food packing organization with a priority on keeping the food packed within the United States. They developed five meals specifically designed for the American palate with added vitamins, minerals and proteins to supplement an unbalanced diet. Most of their packed meals are donated to the Feeding America Food Bank Network. More than 25,000 volunteers and thirteen full and part time staff members assist Meals of Hope in achieving its Mission.

We packed 5,000 meals for Meals of Hope at Concordia High School in the first 15 minutes! What better way to spend a Friday morning than with some amazing, generous kids and teachers doing good for their community? We are proud this crew for reaching their goal of 30,000 meals!

Toys for Tots

Donation: $2000.00

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation's mission is to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to improving communities in the future.

With the help of our amazing community, we were able to collect 179 toys plus additional monetary donations for our joint #ToysForTots drive with 1832 Distilling! As promised, CFM proudly pitched in $2,050 to match donations.

Concordia Police Department Shop with A Cop

Donation: $500.00

During the Shop With a Cop event, each child is paired with a police officer and a helper and provided $125 in spending money for themselves and their family. This event is fully funded by donations and they try to accommodate at least 20 children a year. This program was designed to benefit children between the ages of five and eleven years old. This allows these children to have a happier holiday season and a positive interaction with law enforcement officers.

Concordia Fall Festival

Donation: $6500.00

The festival, which has a different theme each year, draws thousands of spectators annually. Highlights of the week include the queen contest, three parades and a variety of exhibits, bake sales and contests for children and adults. Midland Empire Shows provides entertaining rides such as a carousel, Ferris wheel and giant slide. Concordia’s heritage is put on display at the fair, when visitors can eat German-style food in the outdoor Heidelberg Gardens. Visitors also dance to live bands and browse the tables at a country store selling hand-crafted items.

In honor of our 150th year of business right here in Concordia, we hosted CFM Night at Heidelberg Gardens! FREE entry for the first 150 people to come into Heidelberg Garden. With that free entry, each person was given a ticket for a free hamburger basket in a CFM stainless steel mug, for them to keep. CFM purchased the live entertainment for the evening as well. At Saturday's Ping Pong Ball Drop, CFM supplied 150 gold ping pong balls for the drop and each one represents a FREE unlimited rides wristband to the carnival.
